The grand daughter of Julia stepped up and let me take a picture of her in her quechquemitl. In this second page of the gallery we can see the local clinic. A close up of how the belt is used in the village, belts are a common feature and every village claimed to still have weavers in the town. On the follow up trips I will look for the weavers also. On the upper far right, Julia is approaching her house.

On the lower left picture the towns people told me that this lady was wearing the traditional dress, somehow the sun glasses threw me off, but if I look close there is the pleated apron, and the slip and the Mazahua slip. The next image is on Julia in one of the Mazahua slips which had a much more traditional pattern. There is also a close up of another slip and then the town surroundings.
