Atzacualoya, Chilapa Guerrero is a small Nahua village. They product embroidered blouse mostly for use in the town and also pottery. The embroidery is cross stitched on a square neck and round neck blouse. Bob Freund 8/22/2006

These blouses were recently purchased (8/06) in town. The original co-op I had visited was no longer in business but another embroidery group was working to start up again. This visit was very different than the first time, we were taken around to different houses, shown how they work clay and got to photo a large number of embroidery samplers. They are on the last few pages of this gallery.
