Not many pictures of Huajicori , but is is a quaint towns with a great chuch. The people at the municipal headquarters were helpful and gave us the names of the villages we could visit and the name of the jefe Supremo Tepehuane thant lived in San Andres.

Documentation of Tepehuano indigenous textiles from Huajicori, Nayarit, Mexico, The municipality has three ethnic groups, Tepehuanos, Cora and Mexicaneros. The Mexicanoeros no longer use traditional costume and will be the subject of an other visit to the region. The Cora are covered in the Nayar municipality.
