  nahua_cuautempan_03.JPG - The highlighted area is the municipality of Cuautempan , notice to the north there are no Nahuatl speaking village, The is because the municipalities of Zongozotla and Tepango de Rodriquez are Totan acan speaking municipalities. To the north east is tepezintla and Ahuacatla. Half of Ahuacatlan speaks Nahuatl and is the demarcation line between the totonacan regions and the Nahua speakers. Tepezintla is 90 % Nahuatl speakers with one town spreaking Totonacan.
