The Mazahua of San Felipe embroiders many crafts besides there own clothing. The finely embroidered textiles shown above are used for decoration, they occasionally make hand bags out of they as is the case in the picture second from the top. In the middle on the bottom row the runners and table cloths made from wool and embroidered are among the variety of items made for resale. |
