La Cumbre is a small Amusgo village of the road from Ometepec to Xochistlahuaca.When I visited the town , the women were were making beaded blouses. They also weave in this small hill top community. As I drove down the road to Zacualpan, my eye caught these women working on some sort of textiles. As it turned out it was beaded blouses the were making. They were all wearing the summer dress used around the home, which has an applique design on the bottom. |
