There are two huipils from Huautla in the collection the first shown above has the traditional skirt with it. Each is embroidered with birds and flowers.
The composite picture has items from the market. Top left is achiote, a spice, to the right materials for spiritual cleansings and offerings, candles, eggs (absorb the bad spirits) chocolate beans as an offering, amate paper to wrap it in, and copal incense.
