This Nahua man is dressed in traditional peasant attire, the muslin pant are pulled up and tied around the calk, a white muslin shit and the poncho, called a manga in the Sierra Zongolica. He is wearing a straw had and is bear foot. He has a sore on his foot if you look closely. Many older men are walking around “downtown” Zongolica wearing this traditional attire.
