Cheranatzicrin, Michoacan is a small village with a fair degree of embroidered blouses and Purepecha costume still being worn. On my two trips to the village each time some sort of festival was going on.

Another close up of two women from the village. The double cross stitched blouse and embroidered aprons are more typical of the costume from the Lake Patscuaro area.

Some of the other blouses that were for sale in her store. Due to the wedding there were a lot more people wearing traditional costume than would have normally been.
