The island has a church and a restaurant; the people here go to market in canoes with all their goods since there are no cars or roads on the island. The composite picture gives you a good idea of the setting in and around the island. It was a real job to decide which pictures to use, but since this is a textile study and not a tour guide I thought the textile pictures were more important.
