Atla, Pahuatlan Puebla is a town with a distinct pepinada blouse as part of its traditional dress. There is also a white or black wrap skirt and a hand woven belt which is unique to the town. The quechquemitl is not used as much.

Black wrap skirt
These are example of the textiles from my collection, both pepinada and running stitched blouses, a slip with lace, a belt and the black wrap skirt with the characteristic red machine embroidered stitch along the bottom of the skirt.
