This is the family of my guide, his grandmother, aunts and uncles. In another part of the compound and here the family was baking bread. The oven can be seen at the end of the first row. The bread is typical of the region and they call it Pan Huasteca or Huasteca bread. Andres introduced me to the family members and they were warm and pleasant. The traditional costume in this town is worn by at least two generations of Nahua women.
